When will I receive my item?

Our delivery times vary depending on the item purchased and the shipping destination. However, it typically takes 2-10 days for all our items to be delivered within the U.S. You can learn more about our shipping policy here.
 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally. There are higher shipping rates for internationally destinations but we do ship all over the world. It may take longer for items to be delivered as well. You can see exact shipping times and rates here.
 

I need to return/exchange an item?

If you need to return or exchange an item you can review our refund/return policy to make sure your item is eligible and then contact our support team. If eligible, we will assist you throughout the entire process to ensure you are satisfied. 
 

My discount code is not working?

If you have used the code once already, it will not work a second time. Our discount codes work only once per person. If you haven't used the code before and it is still not working then please contact our support team so that they can assist you.
 

I am having problems with the website?

If you are having issues with our website please contact us so that we can solve the issue as soon as possible.
 

Where are the sizing charts?

The sizing charts for each of our products can be found on the items product page under the "Sizing Chart" tab. We have charts that measure in inches and centimeters.
 

Where do you get your products from?

We work with a variety of manufacturers and distributors such as Champion, Hanes, Monster Digital and Awkward Styles to bring you the highest quality apparel and merch possible. Learn more about our mission and the quality of our products at the bottom of our home page.
 

Can I cancel/change my order?

Unfortunately, once you confirm your order you can't cancel or change it. If you ordered the wrong size please refer to our refund/return policy to see if you order qualifies for an exchange and how to exchange it. If you have any other issues with you order please contact our support team so we can assist you.
